Could not have asked for better service. Our road trip was wonderful until the car decided to loose power and the engine light was flashing. We deemed it unsafe to drive any farther as the car wouldn’t clear 20mph. We got to the West Virginia line and pulled over before the tunnels. Nice gentleman from the highway patrol came over and checked on us then recommended Tow Pro Towing as he used it himself earlier in the day. We had called 3 other 24 hour companies and they sent us all to voicemail. Tow Pro Towing answered on the first ring! Arrived in 15 min and got us to the destination we needed to in the matter of 15 min, 10/10 would recommend to anyone local. Wish we had these guys in PA!!

Coming back from Florida was a great road trip home until the car decided to loose power. Was unsafe to try to go any further with a blinking check engine light. Called Tow Pro Towing he answered on the first ring when all other supposed 24 hour company sent me to voicemail. He said he would be here in 20 min and showed up in 15. Loaded the car on the flatbed and we were off to the closest dealership to get the car fixed. Was reasonably priced and we couldn’t of asked for better better service. I couldn’t grab the nice man’s name but he signed the receipt DS or OS I wish I could give credit where credit is due but… if y’all remember the Kia Soul you towed to Cole Kia we appreciate you sir. Y’all made a bad situation a little better!

Donnie went out of his way to help us.
We broke down and could not find anyone available to fix our car,called Tow Pro and he was able to tow our vehicle back to Ohio. Truck was clean and he was super nice and made us feel comfortable to ride 4 in a half hours with. Very friendly. Highly recommended Tow Pro (Donnie)if you are in need of a tow.

Can’t say enough about how professional and accommodating Tow Pro has been dealing with the worst of situations. Couldn’t ask for better service.
